Aquarius, it's about quality, first!
All our fish are imported directly from breeding farms in Singapore and other countries. New arrivals are kept in quarantine for select periods of time, depending on behavioural factors as well as species' physiology. We take great pride in selling healthy, disease-free fish! In order to accomplish this, we've setup a large quarantine area (over 130 tanks) in our basement. Come and ask us about it during your next visit. We'll be glad to give you a quick tour of our quarantine setup.

Our prices are constantly being adjusted to counter those of competing businesses in the industry. If you see a lower price in another store, or even online, we'll be able to match it upon receipt of proof.
Products purchased within a 15-day delay can be returned in store, either for an exchange or a full refund. Please be advised that items in question need to be new, undamaged and must come in their original packaging.
Our live-stock guarantee
We guarantee the health of our fish and live-stock during selling point. We cannot guarantee the well-being of fish once they've been purchased and taken out of our possession. However we do care a great deal about customers and their fish-loss issues and our team is always ready to assist in case of need. Fish loss can be attributated to a multitude of factors, the vast majority of them being being out of our control. If you find yourself loosing fish and/or plants shortly after your purchase, do not hesitate to contact our team of experts. Depending on the circumstances surrounding the loss, Aquarius is ready to replace your fish.
