Quick Overview
The Corydoras aeneus "Peru Gold Stripe" is a stunning and rare selectively bred variety of the classic Bronze Corydoras, originally from South America. This particular strain features a distinct, shiny golden stripe running along its back, giving it a refined and luminous appearance.
Peaceful, sociable, and active in groups, it is ideal for community aquariums. These bottom dwellers spend most of their time foraging for food and help keep the substrate clean. For best behavior and well-being, they should be kept in groups of at least 5 individuals.
