  1. Green Tiger Barb

The green Sumatra barb is an active and hardy freshwater fish known for its striking dark green coloration and lively schooling behavior. While generally peaceful in well-sized groups, it may display fin-nipping tendencies if kept in too small numbers or cramped conditions.
  2. Golden White Cloud Mountain

Gregarious fish, peaceful and without particular requirements, good swimmer. Ideal for small containers or jars with unheated water. Appreciated by beginners for its robustness.
  3. Golden Gourami

Hardy, active gourami. Should be kept in pairs with other medium-sized fish. Does best in well planted tanks. Colours will stand out more in a tank with darker substrate. Males are territorial with each other.
  4. Golden barb

Active, peaceful and gregarious fish. Lives in the lower part or in the middle of the aquarium.
  5. Gold severum

Territorial, par couples, calme et paisible. Nage lentement et creuse peu. Aggressif en période de frai. Existe également sous la couleur dorée. Introduire avec des plantes robustes seulement (anubias, fougères, crinums).
  6. Glowlight Tetra

Peaceful and schooling fish. Translucent body with a distinctive copper-orange stripe. Prefers soft, slightly acidic and well-maintained water. Best kept in groups of at least six.
  7. GloFish Tetra

Shy, sociable and hardy tetra. Does best in large groups of 6 individuals or more. Available in several different colours.
  8. Glass Bloodfin

Poisson grégaire et calme. L'espèce est robuste et d'une longue durée de vie. Aime les courant du filtre. Parfait pour un aquarium communautaire.
  9. German Blue Ram

Very popular fish amongst the dwarf cichlid family due to its mild nature and spectacular colours. Very sensitive to water prameters and does require fairly frequent water changes. Very good cichlid to have in a community aquarium and its colours will pop more in a planted environment. It is truly a gem amongst the south american fish.

  10. Gardneri Killifish

Poisson très paisible à faire cohabiter de préférence avec d'autres Aphyosemions. Végétation dense, mousse de java et autres cachettes atténueront la timidité du poisson. Peut atteindre l'âge de 2 ans.
  11. Galaxy Plakat Betta

A respiratory organ allows it to live in waters poor in oxygen. Does not tolerate males of its species. Ideal fish for tanks of 2 gallons or more. Difficult to integrate into a community bin. Tolerates cool water (22-23C) but lives much better in warm water (26-30C). Best kept in a heated 5-gallon container, densely planted with little or no water circulation and a few peaceful companions. Generally coexists well with corydoras, tanichthys, almond tetras, copper shrimps and/or amano (adults) as well as dwarf African frogs.
  12. Filament Barb

An ideal addition to a peaceful community of riverine species alongside other schooling or shoaling cyprinids plus botiid, cobitid, nemacheilid, and balitorid loaches. If geography isn’t an issue it can actually be combined with most peaceful fish of a size too large to be considered food and that have a bold enough disposition to not be intimidated by its size and active nature. As always, thorough research is the best way to avoid problems when selecting a compatible fish community. It’s a schooling species by nature so ideally 8-10 specimens should be purchased. Maintaining it in decent numbers will not only make the fish less skittish but will result in a more effective, natural looking display. In addition, any aggressive behaviour will normally be contained as males concentrate on maintaining their hierarchical position within the group. Not difficult to keep in a well-maintained set-up, though we recommend aquascaping the tank to resemble a flowing stream or river with a substrate of variably-sized, water-worn rocks, sand, fine gravel and perhaps some small boulders. This can be further furnished with driftwood roots or branches, and while the majority of aquatic plants will fail to thrive in such surroundings hardy types such as Microsorum, Bolbitis or Anubias spp. can be grown attached to the décor. Since it naturally occurs in relatively pristine habitats it’s intolerant to accumulation of organic pollutants and requires more-or-less spotless water in order to thrive. Though torrent-like conditions are unnecessary it also does best if there is a high proportion of dissolved oxygen and moderate water movement, while weekly water changes of 30-50% tank volume should be considered routine.

  13. Female Koi Betta

Female Koi Bettas are graceful fish with striking koi-like patterns, bringing vibrant color and beauty to any aquarium. Hardy and social, they can live in groups and are well-suited for both beginner and experienced aquarists.
  14. Fan shrimp

Fan Shrimp or Atyopsis moluccensis are a freshwater species native to West Africa and South America. They are found in freshwater streams and rivers. These shrimp are unique in the fact that they are filter feeders. They have long claspers that catch food particles in the water currents.
  15. Emperor Tetra

Peaceful and hardy tetra. Does best in large groups of 12 individuals or more. Peat filtration recommended. Colours stand out best in tank with dark substrate and a heavy plant cover. Long-lived.
