Common Elodea

Fast growing stem plant that prefers cooler, mineral-rich water and strong lighting. Will require liquid supplementation for optimal growth. Has been none to react poorly to copper. Be sure to plant the stems a few centimeters apart so that light can reach the bottom leaves.

Very hardy rosette plant that can grow to impressive heights. Is very tolerant of water parameters and lighting conditions. Ideal for the back of the tank. Old or damaged leaves should be removed. Nutrients absorbed through the roots. Does not adapt particularly well to liquid carbon supplements.
Dwarf Sagittaria

Easy, mid-foreground carpeting plant. Will grow quickly under Co2 supplementation and optimal conditions.
Green Cabomba

C'est une plante résistante ayant une pousse rapide. Il faut la placer dans un endroit calme et sans remous.
Hygrophila Angustifolia

Plante très facile d'entretien et qui se laisse facilement bouturer. Couper les tiges les plus grandes. Ces tiges seront ensuite repiquées.
Ludwigia Repens "Broad"

Très belle variété facile d'entretien et ayant une bonne croissance. À planter en groupe de préférence, avec les tiges distancées d'environ 2cm pour permettre une meilleure luminosité pour les feuilles inférieures.
Pearlweed

Plante gracieuse aux feuilles petites et courbes. Sous lumière intense, croissance rampante idéale pour l'avant plan. À planter en buisson. Une fertilisation régulière est recommandée.
Salvinia natans

Salvinia natans est une fougère flottante qui pousse rapidement si elle dispose de nutriments et de lumière en quantité suffisante.

Water Wisteria

One of the hardiest, most popular stem plants available in the hobby. Will grow in a wide array of conditions. Care should be given not to plant the stems too close to each other, as top leaves may block out light from reaching the lower ones.
Whorly Rotal

Spectacular stem plant that requires very strong lighting, Co2 supplementation and regular iron-based supplements. As with all stem plants, plant stems several centimeters apart so as to allow enough light to reach the bottom leaves.
