CaribSea Aragonite is a crushed coral aquarium substrate recommended for African cichlids and saltwater fish. It is not recommended for other freshwater fish as it will raise the pH and hardness of the water, which is not suitable for the majority of community tank fish which prefer softer water and a lower pH. Its particle size is between 1 and 2mm. Rinse well before introducing. Available in 15lbs and 40lbs formats
